Project partners set themselves the goal of increasing the living standard of the inhabitants and economic development of the region based on the use of the potential of historical and natural heritage in the field of tourism. The project is directed to the tourists visiting Giżycko and Sovetsk as well as to the local population who will find new jobs in tourism sector.

Museums over the borders. Stage II

Project "Museums over the borders” promotes the historical and cultural heritage of warmińsko-mazurskie voivodeship and the Kaliningrad Oblast. The project implemented within the Lithuania-Poland-Russia Programme 2007-2013 was based on cooperation between the Museum of Archaeology and History in Elblag and Museum ‘The Friedland Gate’ in Kaliningrad.

Parnership agreement between the Voivodship Road Administration in Olsztyn and Gusev Municipality was signed

On 27 March 2019, in Gusev, the representatives of the Administration of Gusev Municipality had a meeting with the representatives of the Voivodeship Road Administration from Olsztyn. During the meeting, a partnership agreement was signed for the Large Infrastructure Project "Construction of the new route of the regional road No. 512 with the construction of the bridge over the Łyna River in Bartoszyce” that will be implemented within the Poland-Russia Programme 2014-2020.
