The Council of Ministers introduced additional information duty for beneficiaries of budget grants and special purpose funds 2021-08-10, Category: Programme news

We would like to inform that on the 25th of May, the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 7 May 2021 regarding the definition of informational activities undertaken by entities carrying out tasks financed or co-financed from the budget grants or state special purpose funds was published (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 953).

This document defines the types of informational activities, means of their implementation and indicates the time after the start of project’s implementation, in which the beneficiary is obliged to undertake informational activities.

The regulation implements the provisions of Article 35a paragraph 1 and Article 35 b of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finances (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 305).
