On 8-10 September 2020, the representatives of the Center of European Projects, including the Poland-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020, took part in the 30th Economic Forum in Karpacz. This year's event was held within the slogan "Europe after the pandemic: Solidarity, Freedom, Community?"

The European Union aims to create a debate on the future of rural areas and the role they have to play in our society. This initiative will set out a vision for the future of rural areas by 2040 and gather views covering challenges, such as demographic change, connectivity, low-income levels and limited access to services. It will also explore innovative, inclusive and sustainable solutions in the light of climate and digital transformation and the COVID-19 crisis

The contracting process of TO “Accessibility” has been finalised on 30 June 2020. All the Lead Beneficiaries of the projects selected for co-financing by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 have signed the Grant Contracts with the Managing Authority of the Programme.

The project “Museums over the borders”, which was implemented within the Lithuania-Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013 by the museums from Elblag and Kaliningrad is in the final of the REGIOSTARS contest. Moreover, it has a chance to win the main prize in the category "Skills and Education for a digital Europe". Reaching the final stage of the contest carries great distinction for both museums. It means that the project was chosen by the jury panel out of 206 applications submitted from the whole European Union
