Every year, the Poland-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 celebrates the European Cooperation Day. This time, due to the pandemic, we cannot ride a bike together, however, we would like to invite you to participate in an alternative form of the event, which is the virtual bike ride "Poland-Russia".

The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 is looking for a Project Manager.

We would like to inform about the new application Competitiveness Base (BK2021) which will be launched on August 18, 2020.

We are happy to announce that our project has been selected by the European Commission for the virtual exhibition on the occasion of the 30 years of Interreg. As part of the campaign, three topics were chosen to reflect the challenges, which we face every day and emphasize the essence of cooperation

The contracting process of TO “Accessibility” has been finalised on 30 June 2020. All the Lead Beneficiaries of the projects selected for co-financing by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 have signed the Grant Contracts with the Managing Authority of the Programme.

The project “Museums over the borders”, which was implemented within the Lithuania-Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013 by the museums from Elblag and Kaliningrad is in the final of the REGIOSTARS contest. Moreover, it has a chance to win the main prize in the category "Skills and Education for a digital Europe". Reaching the final stage of the contest carries great distinction for both museums. It means that the project was chosen by the jury panel out of 206 applications submitted from the whole European Union

Project "2 Ships – Common Sea. Soldek and Vityaz: Maritime Heritage of Poland and Russia” is implemented within the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 by three partners: Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad (Lead Beneficiary), National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk and the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University in Kaliningrad

The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 together with the Branch Office of the JTS of the Poland-Russia Programme in Kaliningrad, conducted training events regarding project implementation for the beneficiaries of the projects approved within the Thematic Objectives: „Environment” and „Accessibility”.

We are pleased to inform that we have selected the winners of the art contest "Ecology without borders". Within the competition, which started on 15th of April and finished on 15th of June 2020, we received 28 images from the Polish participants and 23 images from the Russian participants.
