The current state of the epidemic (SARS-CoV-2), in the opinion of the Managing Authority, can be qualified as a force majeure, i.e. an exceptional situation not resulting from reasons attributable to the contracting authority, which he could not foresee. Therefore, it is possible to exclude the application of the principle of competitiveness in the framework of contracts necessary to counteract the effects of COVID-19 due to the required immediate performance of the contract or the need for an immediate award.

We would like to invite you to participate in the Polish-Russian Local Governance Forum, which will be held on 2-4 April 2020 in Warsaw. The event is organised by the WOT Foundation with the support of the Centre for Polish-Russian Dialogue and Understanding.

Project "Connected by amber. Joint actions to share the amber heritage ”is implemented within the Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020. Its main goal is to protect and promote cultural, historical and natural heritage in the Kaliningrad Oblast and Pomorskie Voivodeship.

On 26 February 2020, the first meeting of the Joint Programming Committee for the preparation of the new edition of the Interreg Poland-Russia 2021-2027 Programme, was held in Kaliningrad.
